Colourist Blair Wallace has set up new bespoke picture finishing company, Gravy Ltd.

Wallace was the winner of the HPA Outstanding Color Grading award for Chimp Empire and his credits include Earth From Space, Serengeti and Animals Up Close With Bertie Gregory.

The new outfit will offer conform, pre-grade, colour grade, finishing and deliverables.

Andrew Scattergood joins as Finishing Editor within Gravy and the company will integrate into the full post services provided by Gorilla Post Production.

Gravy’s suites are located within Gorilla’s Bristol facility, which is situated in central Bristol at Finzels Reach.  The facility is brand new, bespoke built and boasts Dolby Atmos audio dubbing, Baselight colour grading, High End picture finishing, Avid Offline and a dailies and delivery service.

The first project for Gravy will be an as-yet-unnamed doc feature for Netflix.
