Editor Amanda Marie-Rose is joining post house Doma.
Marie-Rose’s portfolio includes cutting for Adidas, Nothing and Fred Perry, as well as artists Nia Archives and Kelala. She has worked across commercials and brand films. And she is currently editing short film, From Sydney, With Love, directed by East Elliott and backed by the Spike Lee Film Production Fund.
Originally studying fine art at UAL, she found herself drawn to post-production, cutting music videos for mates before carving a path as an assistant editor. Her time at The Assembly Rooms gave her a front-row seat to some of the best editors in the business—sharpening her instincts, refining her craft, and cementing her love for the edit.
DOMA co-founder Jake Evans: said “Amanda’s journey reflects what we stand for at Doma, championing raw talent and individuals who carve their own path into the industry. From experience, I know it’s often the talent that have taken unconventional routes that are the ones leading what’s next. Amanda is one of those people, and we’re thrilled to have her on board.”
Marie-Rose joins the roster alongside Editor Sam Hardy, and Colourists Thomas Kumeling and Matthew Chan (fmlik).
