Firecrest’s recent output includes BBC series Murder Trial with unique access to Scottish courts. The latest episode airs 9pm tonight (Weds 4 February) on BBC Two. The indie is also behind Highland Cops and hit BBC single Liar – The Fake Grooming Scandal, which won the BAFTA Scotland award for single documentary. Firecrest’s streamer output includes Amazon Original Three Mothers, two Babies and a Scandal which won Amazon its first ever BAFTA.

Firecrest Director of Business Emma Curtis said, “We’re delighted that Adam is joining and bringing years of experience delivering to Netflix and other premium streamers.”

Adam Mitchenall said, “It’s a real privilege to get the opportunity to work with the wonderful team at Firecrest. I can’t wait to get involved in the many exciting projects they have in production, and hopefully explore some new ones in the near future.”
