Wall of Productions and acme tv today announce that their social-first cooking series Secret Sauce has been commissioned for a second series by the Channel 4 digital commissioning team for a 10-episode run. YouTube and social media star Chunkz returns as host.
Each episode will see Chunkz in a head-to-head cookery battle with a famous guest as they compete to recreate a favourite family recipe with the winner being chosen by the guest’s family member. Joining this season’s line up, familiar faces from the worlds of music, TV and YouTube include rapper Big Zuu, comedian Michael Dapaah, presenter and comedian Munya Chawawa, rapper, Mist and former Love Islanders Chloe Burrows and Jack Fowler.
The first season of Secret Sauce, available on All4, accumulated over a million views when it first premiered on YouTube and featured stars including YouTuber and personality, Nella Rose, Musician Ms Banks and Presenter Julie Adenuga.
Season one was also shortlisted for Best Short Form-Content by the Broadcast Digital Awards earlier this year and most recently for Best Social Video Series by The Lovie Awards.

Part of the Wall Entertainment Group, Wall of Productions was founded by actors Joivan Wade and Percelle Ascott in 2018. Currently led by md Tafara Makopa, the production company focuses on entertainment programming and branded content for the Gen Z audience. Founded by producer and director Jaimie D’Cruz who now runs the company with md Rodney Brooks, acme is an independent production company based in London. Credits include Krept and Konan We Are England for BBC One.
